Artichoke and Spinach Dip

COOKING TIME: 20 minutes
SERVING SIZE: 6-8

Ingredients

  • ​1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (or a little extra is good) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package feta cheese crumbled 6oz/8oz
  • 1 container artichokes ( drained and cut up)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 package of defrosted frozen spinach

Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well...
  2. Bake at 350 for about 20min covered then remove cover and cook till golden brown color (about 10 min)
  3. Serve!
