Artichoke and Spinach Dip
COOKING TIME: 20 minutesSERVING SIZE: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup (or a little extra is good) Parmesan cheese
- 1 package feta cheese crumbled 6oz/8oz
- 1 container artichokes ( drained and cut up)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 package of defrosted frozen spinach
Preparation Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together well...
- Bake at 350 for about 20min covered then remove cover and cook till golden brown color (about 10 min)
- Serve!
