Vincotto Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apples
- 1/2 cup peaches
- 1/2 cup pears
- 1/2 cup bananas
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup oranges
- 1/2 cup kiwi
- 1/2 cup cherries
- few drops vanilla extract
- sugar to taste
- 4 tsp Isola Organic Sweet Orange Cream of Balsamic
- 3 tsp Classic Vincotto
- juice of 1 lemon
Preparation Instructions
- Dice fruit into small cubes and place into a serving bowl.
- Add vanilla, sugar, organic balsamic topping, Vincotto, lemon juice and leave to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
- If desired, vodka or tequila may be added.
