Grilled Corn on the Cob with Isola Flavored Butter

COOKING TIME: 40 Minutes
SERVING SIZE: One or more ears of corn per person

Ingredients

  • One or more ears of corn per person (with husks on)
  • Isola Flavored Butter
  • Salt and Pepper if desired

Preparation Instructions

  1. Some prefer to soak the corn in chilled water with husks on them then drain prior to grilling but this gives more of a steamed cook rather than grilled.
  2. Remove any excess silk and blemished pieces of husk but leave on most of the husk.
  3. Place cobs on pre heated (medium) grill. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. The corn will brown nicely without burning by turning every few minutes.
  4. Carefully remove hot corn from the grill and remove husks and silk.
  5. Brush each ear generously with any of the six Isola Flavored Butters. Favorites ~ Isola Sundried Tomato Butter, Truffle Butter or Blue Cheese Butter.
