Kalamata Tapenade Cherry Tomatoes with Cranberry Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 20 Cherry tomatoes tops removed and tomatoes seeded
  • 3 oz Cranberry Goat cheese brought to room temperature
  • Heavy cream for thinning
  • 6 oz Isola Signature Kalamata Tapenade
  • Dill or Cilantro sprigs for garnish

Preparation Instructions

  1. Drop goat cheese into bowl of food processor. Turn processor on low and slowly add heavy cream to thin just enough to easily flow through star shaped tip of a pastry bag.
  2. Fill seeded tomatoes with Cranberry Goat cheese with pasty bag and top off with Isola Signature Kalamata Tapenade. Garnish with sprig of dill or cilantro. Serve at room temperature.
