Kalamata Tapenade Cherry Tomatoes with Cranberry Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 20 Cherry tomatoes tops removed and tomatoes seeded
- 3 oz Cranberry Goat cheese brought to room temperature
- Heavy cream for thinning
- 6 oz Isola Signature Kalamata Tapenade
- Dill or Cilantro sprigs for garnish
Preparation Instructions
- Drop goat cheese into bowl of food processor. Turn processor on low and slowly add heavy cream to thin just enough to easily flow through star shaped tip of a pastry bag.
- Fill seeded tomatoes with Cranberry Goat cheese with pasty bag and top off with Isola Signature Kalamata Tapenade. Garnish with sprig of dill or cilantro. Serve at room temperature.
